Access to Care means two things; access to health care providers and access to health insurance. If you have insurance, your insurance provider can assist you with finding an in-network doctor/facility. Most people qualify for health insurance in one of three ways; through their work, through the Marketplace (for those not offered coverage through an employer but do not qualify for Medicaid), or through an Indiana Health Coverage Program (income based health plans with little or no monthly premiums, also known as Medicaid).
If you are in need of finding a doctor or healthcare facility, the MOMS Helpline will help you find a doctor and/or facility that is right for you. Please call the MCH MOMS Helpline (1-844-MCH-MOMS or 1-844-624-6667).
